1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aizen ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Product Scope

Aizen is a macOS application for managing Git worktrees with integrated terminal, file browser, web browser, and AI agent support via the Agent Client Protocol (ACP). The currently supported platform is macOS with Apple Silicon.

3. Licensing

Source code published at https://github.com/vivy-company/aizen is licensed under GPL-3.0.

Free Version

The free version of Aizen may be used without charge, subject to any feature limitations.

Aizen Pro

Aizen Pro requires a valid license. Each license is valid for a single user and may be activated on multiple devices owned by that user.

4. Restrictions

• You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices in official binaries.
• You may not share, distribute, or sublicense your license key.
• You may not misrepresent modified builds as official Aizen releases.

5. Third-Party Services

Aizen integrates with third-party AI agents (Claude, Codex, Gemini, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the content or responses generated by these AI services.

6. Pricing

The current pricing is a free core app, a Pro subscription ($5.99/mo or $59/yr), and a one-time Lifetime purchase ($179). Billing is handled by Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY WORKFLOW.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIVY TECHNOLOGIES CO., LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
